Ingredients

3-4 MEDIUM SIZED POTATOES

2 LARGE EGGS

120g GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE

100g HAM OR BACON CUT INTO CUBES

1/2 TEASPOON OF VEGETA GOURMET

1 TEASPOON CHIVES

BLACK PEPPER

20g PARMESAN CHEESE

SOUR CREAM

PEEL ALL YOUR POTATOES AND COOK IN BOILING WATER UNTIL SOFTENED, USE A FOLK TO TEST IF THE POTATOES ARE SOFT IN THE CENTRE

ONCE BOILED, MASH IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL NICE AND FLUFFY

MIX TOGETHER MASHED POTATOES, EGGS, CHEDDAR CHEESE, HAM/BACON CUBES, VEGETA GOURMET AND CHIVES. IF NEEDED, SEASON WITH PEPPER

GREASE A MUFFIN TRAY AND FILL EACH WELL WITH ONE SPOONFUL OF THE MIXTURE. SPRINKLE THE TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE AND BAKE FOR 30-35 MINUTES AT 200°C OR UNTIL GOLDEN

LET COOL FOR 5 MINUTES AND SERVE WARM WITH SOUR CREAM AND ENJOY!
