Meatloaf with Garlic Yogurt

Savor the indulgence of our gourmet meatloaf, lovingly coated in a garlic yogurt sauce and elevated with the aromatic flair of Vegeta seasoning. This dish is a culinary masterpiece that's sure to impress even the most discerning palates!
Ingredients
2 TEASPOONS OF VEGETA GOURMET
3 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
600g MINCED PORK
1 EGG YOLK
1 ONION (FINELY CHOPPED)
1 STALK OF CELERY (SLICED)
1 APPLE (DICED)
1/2 TEASPOON OF THYME
1 ROLL OF PUFF PASTRY
1 TABLESPOON OF PARSLEY
2 TABLESPOONS OF MILK
BLACK GROUND PEPPER

FOR THE SAUCE
200mL OF SOLID YOGURT
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC (MINCED)

Preparation

FRY THE FINELY CHOPPED ONION IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL TRANSLUCENT. ADD THE SLICED CELERY STALK, FRY BRIEFLY AND ADD THE DICED APPLE. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND LET IT COOL.

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 200°C

PUT MINCED MEAT, EGG YOLK, VEGETA GOURMET, THYME, A PINCH OF BLACK GROUND PEPPER AND CHOPPED PARSLEY IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL. THEN ADD THE PREPARED ONION MIXTURE. MIX EVERYTHING WELL AND FORAM A LARGE ROLL FROM THE MIXTURE.

PLACE THE PUFF PASTRY ON A BAKING TRAY LINED WITH BAKING PAPER. USE A KNIFE TO CUT THE DOUGH TO GET STRIPS 1-2 CM WIDE, LEAVING THE MIDDLE PART WHOLE. PLACE THE MEAT ON THAT PART, BEND THE ENDS OF THE DOUGH AND INTERTWINE THEM TO FORM A GRID.

BRUSH THE DOUGH WITH YOUR MILK, PLACE IT IN YOUR PREHEATED OVEN AND BAKE FOR 30MIN.

IN A SMALL BOWL, ADD YOUR YOGURT AND MINCED GARLIC AND MIX (CAN ADD SOME LEMON JUICE FOR ABIT MORE ZEST)

AFTER BAKING FOR 15MIN, YOU MIGHT NOTICE THERE WILL BE LIQUID SURROUNDING THE MEATLOAF FROM THE MEAT, DRAIN OR POUR IT OUT SO IT BAKES BETTER AND TO A NICE CRISP!
